Welding of the inner tube of the roller: correct the coaxiality between the two ends of the shaft and the inner sleeve, and only weld the inner end plate on the shaft head.

Put the inner sleeve into the roll body and weld the mating junction between the inner end plate and the roll body.

Install the outer end plate on the shafts at both ends, and weld the junction between the outer end plate and the joint surface of the shaft and the roll body.

4. Roll blank shall be annealed to eliminate internal stress.

5. . One end of the steel roller shaft shall be turned flat and the standard center hole shall be drilled.

6. Turning processing: rough and finish turning all parts of the steel roll body to the size required in the drawing, then frame the center frame, turn the end face, and drill to the size.

7. The pattern shall be processed on the roller surface according to the customer's pattern requirements. This is a crucial part of the embossing roll production process. The embossing roll production personnel are required to have rich experience and develop the production process according to the customer's pattern requirements. In the production process, the embosser should be careful, careful and meticulous, and the patterns produced should have clear patterns, rich layers and strong three-dimensional sense.

8. After the pattern is completed, the surface of the roller body shall be plated with hard chrome or sprayed with other materials (depending on the purpose of the embossing roller of the customer)
